Presentation and objectives of the course

Professional development of the participants to carry out internal or third-party Audits of Quality Management Systems, according to the new UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Maintain possession of the qualifications and certifications acquired.

Professionals working in the field of management systems: 3rd party auditors, internal auditors, consultants, managers of management systems wishing to update their knowledge of the New 14001:2015 Standard.

    - Risk Management Systems: ISO 31000 principles, terms, and definitions - The frame of reference; the main Risk management tools and techniques
    - The high-level structure (HLS) of the new ISO standards
    - Overview of organizational and context analysis techniques
    - Business Continuity and economic sustainability overview.
    - The ISO 10014 - ISO 55001 standards - Overview
  • Module 2 - 4 hours
    - Typical threats and opportunities related to the QMS: examples
    - New versions of the ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 standards
    - Context analysis within the QMS including identification of stakeholders. Their needs and expectations
    - Gap Analysis between applied QMSs and the new ISO 14001:2015.
